Job Summary

PCH’s FLO Product team, our account management software, is on a mission to build a better manufacturing and supply chain experience for PCH clients in areas such as Production, Packaging, Fulfillment, and Retail Management.

We also serve internal customers to help them build the functionality they need, working closely with teams globally such as Account Management, Sales, and Business Development.

Within this newly forming team we are looking for outgoing product managers who have respect for others, are smart, and ambitious. Being personable and able to build relationships around the business is crucial to the success of this team. This role is based out of our Cork, Ireland office.

 

Key Duties and Responsibilities include

  • Understanding internal and external customers, defining product direction, vision, and strategy to ensure PCH FLO is creating a seamless experience for our clients
  • Assessing the business impact of the products and features you develop
  • Interacting with senior leadership and communicating a product vision and path that engages others
  • Leading, engaging, and inspiring colleagues from a wide range of disciplines to plan and measure impactful product initiatives
  • Providing a strong knowledge of how operations work and delivering improvements that move the dial of operational performance
  • Owning of the PCH FLO by understanding what PCH customers’ need, and develop and improve products and processes to improve the customer’s journey as well as providing insights into future technologies that allow for automation
  • Transforming high-level business challenges into product vision, strategy and roadmaps
  • Driving complex optimization programs informed by data analysis, market and customer insights
  • Identifying opportunities that benefit the customer
  • Identifying opportunities that drive operational benefit and efficiency
  • Building and delivering solutions that meet customer expectations—consistently focusing on taking care of customers
  • Providing timely and useful information to others across the organization
  • Using knowledge of business drivers and how strategies and tactics play out in the market to guide actions

Key Qualifications

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Project Management role of customer facing products
  • Experience in presenting and communicating to Senior Management at all levels
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, fast-changing and sometimes unpredictable work environment
  • Competent user of the Microsoft Office suite of software
  • Advanced knowledge of Google Analytics reporting
  • Ability to analyze date from multiple sources to create commercially focused models

 

Education

  • BS Degree in Product Management, Business or equivalent required
