About the role
We are seeking a part-time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. We’re looking for a dynamic and energetic person interested in a unique and diverse opportunity to utilize their left and right brain. In this role, you will gain exposure to product design and start-up cultures.
You will be the face of PCH International to our clients, guests, employees, friends, and delivery agents and be an extension of our cultural beliefs in warmth, friendliness, and collaboration to all who visit our office. The part-time Front Desk Receptionist will be responsible for keeping the building running smoothly and be our number one evangelist to incoming guests. The right candidate will make everyone feel welcome.
We’re looking for someone who is service oriented. He or she feels empowered by creating outstanding and meaningful experiences for every person who walks through our doors. You are the ultimate host and are excited about taking ownership of the front desk and first floor experience, which is our community space. You’re passionate about people and about our business. The ideal candidate will have: stature, presence, good intuition, good judgment, and empathy. You will learn our business and be able to explain what the various operations are in the building. You will learn people’s names and greet people as appropriate. You will anticipate needs and no job will be too big or too small for you to tackle! We’re looking for someone who has authority, and who loves working as part of a team. This person is solutions-oriented, and is able to work independently. We know you will be hard to find!
This role will be 15-20 hours/week.
Who you are:
Ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of working experience
Previous hospitality or retail experience a plus
